A non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to get on the calendar - NO EXCEPTIONS!
A portrait agreement is required to be signed and returned back to Suzanne Kroner Photography upon booking. Contracts and deposits that are not paid/signed within 24 hours of booking session will be cancelled without notice and you will be removed from the calendar.
Session locations will be picked the week of unless otherwise requested. Weekend sessions will be within 20 miles of zip code 80902 and weeknight sessions will be within 6 miles of 80902.
All sessions are to start ON TIME. Any sessions that are 15 minutes late will be rescheduled, no exceptions. 15 minutes or less and it does cut into your time. Sessions will not extend due to tardiness.
